All NDEWS sentinel sites will prepare a report in the fourth quarter of each year that describes their methods and findings. The NDEWS Coordinating Center will also disseminate an annual report with cross-site comparisons.
Archived Site Reports
NDEWS was first funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in 2014 as an expansion of its longstanding Community Epidemiology Workgroup (CEWG). Through July 2020, the first iteration of this system was overseen by researchers at the University of Maryland Center for Substance Abuse Research (CESAR). Their site reports from 2015–2020 are archived below for Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Seattle, Los Angeles, Maine, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Southeastern Florida, and Texas.
