NDEWS 4th Annual Summit and presentations at CPDD’s 87th Annual Scientific Meeting June 14 – 20, 2025

This weekend, members of the NDEWS Coordinating Center (CC) will be traveling to attend the 87th College on Problems of Drug Dependence (CPDD) Annual Meeting in New Orleans, Louisiana. CPDD is the oldest and largest organization in the US dedicated to advancing a scientific approach to substance use, misuse and dependence, serving as an interface among governmental, industrial and academic communities maintaining liaisons with regulatory and research agencies as well as educational, treatment, and prevention facilities and addictive disorders.

The NDEWS 4th Annual Summit will be held on Saturday June 14 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm CT.

Following the NDEWS Summit, the NDEWS team will be presenting a late-breaking abstract, an oral presentation, symposiums, and posters showcasing our latest data over the course of the conference. In addition to presenting at CPDD, NDEWS Director, Dr. Linda Cottler (MPI), will deliver the keynote during the 2025 CPDD/RSA Joint Program – Polysubstance Use: From Bench to Communities Session 2, focusing on NDEWS.
